As the Yass-Rosary Rams took to the field at Canberra Grammar on Saturday, you could feel the intensity from both teams as they geared up for the semi-final. Marist was the only team to beat the Rams in both meetings during the season and the boys wanted to see that streak end. Marist was quick off the mark with a fast first try but missed the conversion.  The Rams worked hard to keep Marist in check with one more try given away during the first half. Tom Carey was able to break free several times but only managed to cross the try line once with a conversion by George Walker.

The Player’s Player was awarded to Shaun Harris while the Coaches chose to praise all the players by awarding the Coaches Player to the entire team stating that everyone had given their best effort on the day.
