Police have renewed calls for information on the disappearance of a Murrumbateman man two years ago, as part of Missing Persons Week this week.

Anthony ‘Tony’ Fahey, now aged 31, was last seen at Belconnen in the Australian Capital Territory, shortly before 5pm on Wednesday July 3,  2013.

Mr Fahey’s aunty dropped him off to board a bus to Sydney, where he was believed to be visting for a few days. Records later confirmed he boarded a bus for Sydney around 7pm.

He left his mobile phone in his aunt’s vehicle, no one has seen or heard from him since and he has not made any attempt to access his bank accounts. 1438748664406-2

Recent inquiries suggest Mr Fahey may have travelled to the Camden area; however, he’s not been seen in the region to date. There have also been unconfirmed sightings of the missing person in the Sydney central business district.

Mr Fahey is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 185-195cm tall, with brown hair, brown eyes, a beard with a moustache and of a solid build.
